MacCase Customer Support

Last week my MacCase Backpack busted at the zipper.
I thought I was out of luck, because I’ve had the bag for over 18 months.
I looked online and saw that they had a Lifetime Warranty on all MacCase products.
I snapped a couple photos of my broken zipper and emailed to MacCase with my mailing address, and within 4 days, I had a new bag.
I had to pay nothing.

Great service.

  1. When I initially commented I clicked the -Notify me when new feedback are added- checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get four emails with the identical comment. Is there any method you may take away me from that service? Thanks!
