Last week my MacCase Backpack busted at the zipper.<br />
I thought I was out of luck, because I&#8217;ve had the bag for over 18 months.<br />
I looked online and saw that they had a Lifetime Warranty on all MacCase products.<br />
I snapped a couple photos of my broken zipper and emailed to MacCase with my mailing address, and within 4 days, I had a new bag.<br />
I had to pay nothing.</p>
<p>Great service.</p>

Apple had posted on their site, that if you ordered calendars and books by a certain date, you&#8217;d receive your order by Christmas.

<p>For Christmas I gave my mom a 2009 photo calendar that I designed in iPhoto and printed thru Apple&#8217;s Photo Services.</p>

Late night on Christmas Eve I emailed Apple in regards to my package not arriving.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>With all the new iPhone G3 hype, and me living in a community where ATT won&#8217;t sell to me (because they don&#8217;t have their own tower nearby), all I have now is iEnvy.</p>
