Sunday night we kicked off our new series for Christmas titled Tis The Season.
All during the week, I was going decorate the room with this really cool winter scene.
That way when the students walked in on Sunday night, they would be able to experience a “winter wonderland.”

Then I had the thought (not a new one at all).
Get them involved.
Have them design, create the room.
So that’s what I did.

They were able to decorate it faster than I would have.
It involved over 25 people working together, creating together, instead of one.
Ownership holds more value than quality.
