Writing this from my phone, because I’m too wiped to get out my iBook.
We spent the entire day one the Village of Ireland.
It’s right outside of San Jeronimo.
It’s a community of 600 displaced people from Tegucigalpa, due to the result oh Hurricane Mitch.
They live in small cinder block houses with no electricity or running water.
We were able to do
Food distribution.
Pass out books of hope.
Build a couple soccer goals.
Win in a soccer match.
Just love on the 100+ kids and youth in the village.
I look forward to returning in the years ahead.
