Bonjour.
It’s an instant network.
I love how whatever network I’m on, when I log into the Bonjour instant messenger, it automatically shows everyone else that is logged onto the network & Bonjour instant messenger.
No adding of people.
It just shows people.
While I was at The Orange Conference, because of Bonjour, I was able to have a short conversation with Steve Fee.

that is the thing about Macs: there are things, just out of the box, work and work well.
Then you think: why don’t all computers come with kick butt software like this.

Right out the box, I am ready to go.
You cannot say that for Windows at all. Just when you have Windows installed, you have apps to install.
Like the Fake Steve Jobs says, “Seriously, why do we only have 6.1% of the market share? Seriously?”
It doesn’t make sense.
But with the poopieness of Vista and the excellence of Leopard, Macs will gain a foothold.
I use Adium.
It’s a ton of instant messengers into one.
I have to have both windows and mac for my business.
My Mac is consistently SOLID.
My Mac laptop – perfect.
PC, always something going wrong.
Bought a new imac – plugged it in, connected a cable from my old one and within no time at all – everything was up and running with all my information and files.
Bought a new PC – nightmare in a box. Had to load software, came bundled with 300 things I DIDN’T want. Transferring of old to the new was horrific.
Mac is the best. Period.
