Our students ministries is going to be having an I love the 80s theme night.
I have setup a brainstorming google document.
I’d love for the world to contribute ideas to it, but google docs doesn’t allow me to open it up publicly to be edited. It is invitation only.
So I am inviting you blog readers, except I don’t have you email address.

I’ve got quite an extensive 80′s music collection if you’re looking for anything specific.
80′s = mullet, tight jean shirt w/the arms ripped off, cheezy tattoo on the arm, tight jeans and some slip on vans (checkered).
Additional haircuts may include the late 80′s horizontal stripes in the side burns and vertical in the eyebrows (or was that early 90s?)
Get a Wii, invest about 40 bucks in some great Virtual Console games from the 80s (Ice Hockey, Mario, Etc).
OR… get an emulator and a hacked nintendo USB joystick (they exist).
Good clean old fashioned NES fun.
If you want the world to contribute ideas how about a pbwiki? I’m an 80′s geek I would love to see pics of people’s get ups. I would wear those spiked bracelets and feather my hair all big and get a ripped up denim jacket with patches and buttons on it. Oh and black reeboks and some marlboro reds in my pocket… actually rolled up in my sleeve.
