Back in September our church did a message series called “Changed to Bring Change.” I had heard about the Free Hugs Champaign about a year before that, and I thought that I would try it out on campus, and show the video during the message series. So Aaron and I headed out to EIU with a camera and a sign. You can read about the experience here

So back to the buzz part.
I got an email yesterday from a reporter from a local Mattoon newspaper, saying he wanted to ask me a free questions about the free hugs video/YouTube/faith, because he had seen the free hugs video on my YouTube page.
So I twittered about it

and a pastor from Cincinnati, Ohio that I follow and he follows me, read the tweet, and posted a blog about it.
