Scouting for the Busch Braggin’ Right Game

Last night i went to my first U of I game at the Assembly Hall. I’ve seen the Illini play 15 times, once a year for the past 15 years, but this was the first time at the Assembly Hall. Thanks Jeremy.
I was there doing a little scouting for the MU vs U of I game this saturday. After watching the Illini play a horrible Western Carolina team last night, I don’t think Mizzou has anything to worry about.

Also Future Gen selected Mattoon as the site for their clean coal-fired power plant.

I might root for Mizzou just in hope that someday this will be a rivalry game again. The game is having a hard time selling out. Beating the conference rivals is always much more satisfying than beating Mizzou. The Braggin’ Right game has suffered without Norm’s presence. I’m an Illini fan tired of Illini domination in this yearly scrimage.

all i have to say is wow.
obviously this isn’t a conference game.
but it is unique. what makes it unique is walking in and see the scottrade center, divided in half. one side orange, the other gold.
going to union station for pre-game and hearing the crowd shopping center and hearing the echos of fans already yelling MIZ-ZOU or ILL-IN
